• Tear-Off of Horizontal Lap Siding - if your home has horizontal lap siding, in most cases we would need to remove and dispose of it.  This is a service that we charge for but is typically only a small charge compared to the total cost of the siding install.
• Additional Rot Repair - on most houses with failing siding our included rot repair usually takes care of the needed repair.  We almost always can predetermine the amount of rot repair needed and the amounts are given up front prior to a contract being signed.  We go to great lengths to ensure that there are no surprises once a job is started.  So, in short, if you know your house has a serious rot issue, expect the possibility of some additional services needed to remedy the rot issues.

• Our numbers are very precise - if you haven't noticed yet, our attention to detail is matched by few.  In line with that, our prices are also very precise.  Please keep this in mind if our arithmetic seems a little off it may be due to a rounded number.  Example: we try not to make things too confusing so the number may say $0.36 psf (to keep things simple) but the un-rounded number (actual number) is $0.3641...psf.  When the number is multiplied by another number, slight discrepancies will become apparent.  Why is this, you ask?  All of our prices and estimates are computer generated by programs that we have designed and exclusively use.  These programs are very precise and enable us to be price competitive down to the fraction of a penny.  We do our best to present information you can use.
